A new twist has occurred in the arbitration court of the Tula region in the legal battle between the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and JSC "KBP named after Academician A.G. Shipunov" regarding the recovery of 7.8 billion rubles in penalties.
The decision to recover a large sum from the Tula KBP was canceled. Meanwhile, the litigation in the courts continued, but now they have moved to the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District.
The cassation appeal already mentions an amount of almost 2.1 billion rubles. The figure of 7.8 billion is no longer mentioned. However, even the new amount of claims turned out to be unacceptable for the Tula KBP. The circumstances of the case, taking into account the parties, have been completely classified.
The Shipunov Design Bureau was founded in 1927, the company produces high-precision anti-aircraft missile systems Pantsir-M, anti-tank missile systems Kornet and artillery systems Krasnopol, missile systems Hermes-A, fire control systems Berezhok and Bakhcha-U.
