The decision to recover a large sum from the Tula KBP was canceled. Meanwhile, the litigation in the courts continued, but now they have moved to the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District.

The cassation appeal already mentions an amount of almost 2.1 billion rubles. There is no longer any mention of 7.8 billion. However, even the new amount of claims turned out to be unacceptable for the Tula KBP. The circumstances of the case, taking into account the parties, were completely classified.

The Shipunov Design Bureau was founded in 1927, the company produces high-precision Pantsir-M anti-aircraft missile systems, Kornet anti-tank missile systems and Krasnopol artillery systems, Hermes-A missile systems, Berezok and Bakhcha-U fire control systems.
