The largest microelectronic holding in Russia, "Element", lost a lawsuit due to an unpaid deal to purchase 100% of the shares of a supplier company. The Arbitration Court of Moscow ordered the company to pay 10.9 million in debt and interest for the use of other people's funds.
"AllianceElectronics" filed a lawsuit against "Element" in the summer of 2025. According to the case materials, in December 2024, the holding signed a deal to purchase 100% of the shares of "Tenron", but did not pay the funds.
Therefore, in addition to the principal debt, "AllianceElectronics" demanded to recover interest for the use of other people's funds for the period from December 24, 2024 to August 14, 2025 in the amount of 1.4 million rubles. The court agreed with the arguments and satisfied the requirements of "AllianceElectronics" in full.
The "Element" holding is strategically important for the domestic industry. The group's website states that it unites more than 30 companies, design centers and production enterprises that produce semiconductor devices, integrated circuits, modules and packages for microcircuits, power electronics and radio-electronic equipment.
Earlier it became known that the state corporation VEB.RF, with the support of the Moscow Prosecutor's Office, through an appeal obtained the recovery of 1.2 billion euros from the microelectronic enterprise "Angstrem".
