An advertisement for the sale of Domodedovo International Airport, one of Russia's key transport hubs, has appeared on the Avito trading platform. The seller is listed as PJSC Bank PSB.
The advertisement states the sale of 100% of the authorized capital of the air harbor, the starting price of the lot is 132 billion 265.8 million rubles. The offer was in the "Ready Business" section, but as of 16:30 on Wednesday, January 14, it has already been removed from the site.
The auction for the sale of the airport will be held on January 20 via an electronic auction on the RTS-tender platform. With an initial cost of 132.27 billion rubles, the auction step will be 1.32 billion - 1% of the price, according to the lot page in the GIS Torgi service.
The deposit amount will be 26.453 billion rubles, it must be paid from January 13 to January 19, 2026.
The head of the Ministry of Finance, Anton Siluanov, noted that there is investor interest in the nationalized Domodedovo airport. In the summer of 2025, the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region transferred the transport facility to the state revenue.
