At "Kalugaputmash" (JSC "Kaluga Plant of Track Machines and Hydraulic Drives", part of the holding "Sinara - Transport Machines") modernized the production site of hydraulic transmissions. This was reported by the press service of the holding.
Part of the production area is used for assembling units of the self-propelled snow removal train PSS-2P. Now the company will set up the production of hydraulic transmissions for new types of equipment.
Result of the production line update:
- reduction of order fulfillment time to 10 working days
- establishment of a production cycle of 5 days
"Kalugaputmash" is the only enterprise in the country that produces hydraulic transmissions for track machines and industrial shunting locomotives. Since 2014, the plant has been part of "Sinara - Transport Machines". Track equipment of "Kalugaputmash" will be used on high-speed railways (HSR).
