The ZIS40 machine-building enterprise presented the lightweight all-wheel drive amphibious all-terrain vehicle "ZIS40M" at the Motozima 2025 exhibition.
The vehicle is equipped with a frame that breaks along the transverse axis and a balancer design of the rear axle. The vehicle moves through off-road conditions and deep snow due to low-pressure tires.
The all-terrain vehicle's transmission is a Safari variator combined with a reverse gearbox. The drive of the rotary mechanism is hydraulic.
The ZIS40M engine is equipped with a hydraulic pump. This makes it possible to install external equipment with hydraulic drives/control on it.
Technical characteristics of "ZIS40M":

- Weight - 600 kg.
- Engine - Lifan 190 FD, 420 cm³, 15 hp
- Tank capacity - 6.5 liters.

The manufacturer notes that the snow and swamp vehicle is built on the basis of domestic components - "mainly VAZ"
