Ростсельмаш запускает современный комплекс окраски на новом тракторном заводе

Automated line to ensure consistent painting quality

The Rostselmash tractor plant, which began operations in March 2024, is launching a modern painting complex. The new line not only expands the company's production capabilities, but also increases environmental safety and creates more than 70 new jobs.

The complex occupies 8.6 thousand square meters and is capable of painting up to 222 sq. m of surface area or more than one machine set per hour. Three identical branches of the line cover the entire cycle — from surface preparation to enamel application, including etching, degreasing, phosphating, and rinsing with demineralized water. The electrostatic painting method used ensures uniform coating, minimal loss of paint materials, and high quality of the finished product.

The line is equipped with modern automated equipment. The conveyor moves automatically, and many processes — from mixing paint material to filtering and demineralizing water — are controlled without human intervention. The complex includes a laboratory, a high-pressure washing chamber, and a pyrolysis furnace. This allows the plant to ensure consistent painting quality and high productivity without overloading existing capacity.
