On November 2, train traffic on the MCC will change significantly. This is due to work on returning the track infrastructure to its previous position after the construction of the northern section of the Moscow High-Speed Diameter.
The works will take place in the area of the northern section from Rostokino to Panfilovskaya, which will affect the change in train departure routes in this section.
Posters with temporary navigation will be placed at each station. Duty officers will also be organized at the stations to help passengers with any questions they may have.
Increased traffic intervals will be more pronounced in the north between Panfilovskaya and Rostokino — from 8 to 42 minutes, and on the rest of the ring will be up to 8 minutes.
Trains traveling counterclockwise will not stop at the Rostokino, Koptevo and Baltiyskaya stations. To leave from these stations, you must follow to Belokamennaya from Rostokino or to Likhobory from Koptevo and Baltiyskaya, then transfer to a train in the opposite direction. To get to these stations, you will have to travel to the neighboring Botanical Garden or Streshnevo, and then transfer to a train in the opposite direction.
Some trains will follow shortened routes. The works promise to be completed on weekends before the start of the next working week.
For trips around the city, it is recommended to use the metro, MCD and наземный транспорт.
