The Russian operator T2 (formerly Tele2, T2 Mobile LLC) has launched an unusual service for its subscribers. In the T2 mobile application, you can now open a virtual or physical international Visa and Mastercard bank card of CIS banks.
T2 has partnered with GlobalBankAccounts, which allows you to issue international cards.
Registration is available in the operator's application in the "Financial Services" section.
The set of documents for opening a card depends on the selected bank. For some, only a copy of your passport is required. The card is valid for one year.
