Russian operator T2 (formerly Tele2, T2 Mobile LLC) has launched an unusual service for its subscribers. In the T2 mobile application, you can now open a virtual or physical international Visa and Mastercard bank card from CIS banks.
T2 has partnered with GlobalBankAccounts, a service that allows you to issue international cards.
Registration is available in the operator's application in the "Financial Services" section.
The set of documents for opening a card depends on the selected bank. For some, only a copy of your passport is required. The card is valid for one year.

The card can be topped up with any Mir card. Then rubles are converted into dollars or euros at the user's choice. Linking to Google Pay is also available.
