The government of St. Petersburg is ready to reimburse enterprises up to 80% of the cost of implemented robotic systems. This was announced by Daniil Kuzmin, Head of the Department for Industrial Development and Agro-Industrial Complex of the Committee for Industrial Policy, Innovation and Trade, at the XIII International Automotive Forum AutoInvest.
According to the official, the procedure for granting subsidies has been practically approved. It is expected that by the end of the year, a number of enterprises will be able to take advantage of this support. Thus, reimbursement of 30% is provided for the implementation of foreign robotic equipment, 50% for Russian equipment, and 80% of its cost for St. Petersburg equipment. The official promised that the authorities would carefully monitor the implementation of the program.
It has matured now, we have done it now, let's see how this first step goes, then we will draw conclusions, increase, adjust.
The AutoInvest forum is being held in St. Petersburg for the 13th time. It brought together about 500 participants from Russia and abroad. Its main goal is to establish a constructive dialogue between manufacturers of automotive components, car assembly plants and authorities.
