The Russian Haval plant, owned by the Chinese concern Great Wall Motors, plans to start production of auto components, including transmissions, at its new assembly site in Tula.
In 2026, the launch of a new Haval production complex is expected, which will occupy an area of more than 133,600 sq. m and provide jobs for up to 1,000 people. The complex will specialize in the production of transmissions and auto components. Russian Haval enterprises are already actively working: in Tula, Jolion, F7, F7x and Dargo crossovers are produced, as well as 1.5 and 2.0 liter gasoline engines, which are the heart of all current models of the brand. Additionally, full-cycle assembly of M6 crossovers is carried out in Kaluga at the former PSMA Rus plant.
