Для российского Starlink: производство солнечных панелей наладили в Москве

The power of each panel will be about 4 kilowatts

The Russian aerospace company "Bureau 1440" (part of the "ICS Holding" group) has launched automated production of space-grade solar panels. The new production line will allow the production of solar panels with a total capacity of more than 750 kilowatts annually.

The solar panels have demonstrated their reliability and resistance to space conditions during the experimental missions "Dawn-1" and "Dawn-2". It is expected that the service life of the batteries will be at least five years, and the power of each product will reach about 4 kilowatts. This ensures both durability and high efficiency of energy elements. Earlier, the head of Roscosmos, Dmitry Bakanov, called the domestic "Dawn" group an analogue of the American Starlink system.

The production capacity of the new complex will exceed 750 kilowatts of space batteries per year. This guarantees a stable supply of the required number of solar elements for the entire satellite constellation. The production line can be adapted to changes in the design of products and the introduction of new technologies.

Earlier www1.ru reported that the Russian Starlink for 116 billion rubles and the fight against cybercrime will become the main goals of the Ministry of Digital Development.
