Rostselmash has introduced the country's most powerful forage harvester, the F 2750, which is a logical continuation of the F 2000 family. Previously, foreign manufacturers dominated the high-performance forage harvesting equipment segment in the Russian market.
The F 2750 model is specifically designed for operation in high-yielding fields and allows large livestock farms to quickly harvest large volumes of high-quality feed, maximizing its nutritional properties. A key feature of the combine is its 770 hp engine, which ensures high productivity of up to 280 tons of corn per hour. This allows harvesting up to 30 thousand tons of green mass per season, which is enough to serve a herd of 2,500 heads.
The combine is equipped with a four-row chopping drum with 40 knives, which allows stepless adjustment of the cutting length in the range from 5 to 24 mm. The modified design of the after-grinder with an increased roll diameter and a 30% speed difference between them improves throughput and ensures 99.9% crushing of waxy ripeness corn grains. There is also a stone and metal detector with automatic start-up and a system for applying diluted and concentrated preservatives.
In its basic configuration, the F 2750 is equipped with a humidity sensor. It automatically monitors and adjusts the cutting length depending on changes in mass humidity. The automatic silage pipe control system remembers up to 4 working positions, and the automatic body filling system ensures uniform filling of cargo transport without the participation of a machine operator.
The operator's workplace in the F 2750 is designed with ergonomics in mind. The control panel is integrated into the armrest of the seat, gear shifting is carried out by a selector, and the Adviser III information system with a color touch screen provides convenient control over all operating parameters. A seat with 5 adjustments, a steering column with 3 adjustments, an efficient blowing system, a floor covering with increased sound insulation, 3 storage boxes and a refrigerated compartment create comfortable working conditions.
Currently, a pilot batch of the new combine is being prepared for shipment to dealer centers
