"Ours can do it, but the Americans can't": the advantage of the BMP-3 over Breadly explained in Rostec

Domestic combat vehicles surpass competitors due to smaller dimensions and cross-country ability

Russian BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles significantly outperform American Breadly due to increased cross-country ability. This was reported by Sergey Chemezov, head of Rostec.

According to him, Breadly has a serious weakness - problems with cross-country ability, which prevents them from normally going off-road, through fields. The "Americans" get stuck in black soil and, due to their huge size, become an easy target.

So what's the point of improved protection if the result is the same? Still, you have to remember that the BMP is not a tank. This machine must be fast, mobile, passable, able to cross rivers by swimming, without bridges and roads. Our BMPs can do this, the Americans can't.

With a full set of additional protection, the BMP-3 retains its high mobility, while its survivability increases many times over. Combat experience shows that the refined BMP-3 is a modern universal machine with high efficiency.

Earlier www1.ru reported that a new Rodnik 3D radar was created for the military, but it is not able to detect small drones.
