The construction of the "Azimuth" chemical tanker of project 00216M has been completed in Astrakhan.
The chemical tanker of project 00216M is designed for transporting crude oil and petroleum products with a density of 0.7 to 1.015 t/cubic meter in bulk without restrictions on the flash point of vapors. The vessel can also transport harmful liquid substances that require heating to a temperature of 60 °C.
The vessel was built at the production facilities of JSC "Astrakhan Shipbuilding Production Association" by order of "BM Fleet" under the technical supervision of specialists from the Astrakhan branch of RS.
