About 20 cybersecurity companies in Russia are launching a joint program to create a cyber-resilient infrastructure for "Russian Post." The cooperation agreement was signed at the CIPR-2025 forum and includes 66 interconnected projects aimed at protecting the postal network.
Key partners in the project include Solar Group, Kaspersky Lab, and Positive Technologies. The initiative will bring together leading companies in the field of information security to implement large-scale cooperation. The project will cover 38,000 "Russian Post" offices, 4 data processing centers, 28 critical infrastructure facilities, 83 federal postal service administrations, 11 automated logistics centers, and more than 1,000 logistics facilities.
Unlike traditional projects, where vendors only provide software licenses, in this case, each participant is responsible for the end result — protecting the "Russian Post" infrastructure from strategic risks. The effectiveness of the solutions will be tested during cyber exercises with independent "white hat" teams.
"Russian Post" has become a strategically important organization and a potential target for cyberattacks. In recent years, the risks for companies have increased due to the increase in the number of cyber threats. That is why specialists began to develop a new cybersecurity strategy and large-scale transformation. The cyber resilience program will ensure the continuous operation of logistics centers, protect citizens' personal data and key information systems from cyberattacks, and guarantee the uninterrupted delivery of shipments and social benefits.
