The Russian manufacturer of special equipment "Intechros" has presented the tracked robot "ROIN A80" for the mining industry. This was reported by the company's press service.
In "Intechros" they completely revised the approach to the robot's actuators - hydraulic cylinders were replaced by rotary actuators. This allows you to achieve 20% more accuracy and smoothness of movement.
"ROIN A80" is suitable for working in tunnels, narrow corridors and converters. It destroys rock by chipping. The robot has attachments: a universal grab, a circular saw, a hydraulic drill, a hydraulic hammer.

- Five FullHD cameras with 360° coverage
- Presented in radiation-resistant and explosion-proof versions
- Works in -40°С to +80°С and at humidity up to 80%
