The "Uralvagonzavod" concern (part of the Rostec State Corporation) has introduced about 200 different changes to the design of domestic tanks over the past three years, the company's press service reported.
The changes were aimed at improving the characteristics of power, protection, and mobility.
Also, UVZ engineers are working on further developing protection — both passive and active, as well as on improving the operational and technical characteristics of combat vehicles.
UVZ repair teams work in close contact with technologists and designers and promptly transmit information from the troops to them. Based on their data, the vehicles are being refined in terms of reliability and protection. Employees work around the clock, constantly increasing the production of armored vehicles and their supply to the troops.
