A 1959 GAZ-13 "Chaika" car has been put up for sale in Kazakhstan. The car belongs to a limited batch - only 100 units were produced.
The rare "Chaika" has only traveled 35,000 km. The car has rear-wheel drive. The interior and body are in perfect condition.
Under the hood of the Soviet car is a 5-liter V8 engine with a power of 195 hp. The unit works in tandem with a 3-speed gearbox.
"Chaikas" were produced from 1959 to 1981. The cars replaced the GAZ-12 "ZIM" six-seater sedans of large and representative class.
Earlier www1.ru reported that a GAZ-13 "Chaika" in perfect condition was put up for sale in Kaliningrad.
