For the first time in Russia, the management of corporate social networks has been completely handed over to artificial intelligence. The GigaChat neural network is celebrating its second anniversary by taking over the management of some of Sber's Telegram channels.
In honor of this event, the developers entrusted the neural network with the management of eight official Sber channels in Telegram. This is the first case in the country where social media management is completely transferred to artificial intelligence.

The neural network's area of responsibility includes channels covering various areas of the bank's activities — from corporate solutions to student programs.
The artificial intelligence will manage the following channels: Sber, «Thank you, profitable!», SberBusiness, SBERBOOST, «Career at Sber», «IT in Sber», SberStudent and «For those who rule». The total audience of these channels is almost 1.6 million people.
According to the developers, the content will be distinguished by a special neural network approach.
