Rosoboronexport held a public presentation of the T-90MS "Breakthrough" tank at the SITDEF PERU 2025 exhibition in Peru. This was reported by the exporter's press service. Developed and manufactured by Uralvagonzavod (part of Rostec), it has been through fire and water of modern high-intensity combat operations.
The T-90MS has proven its invulnerability to all types of anti-tank weapons existing today and has demonstrated its ability to solve the most complex tasks on the modern battlefield. The T-90MS is not just a "Breakthrough". It is a tank-winner, leaving the enemy no chance.
The Peruvian army also has the "younger brothers" of the T-90MS — the Soviet T-55s. The supplies were carried out by the Soviet Union as part of military-technical cooperation with the Latin American country.
The T-90M "Breakthrough" tank is the most advanced vehicle in the T-90 family and the most adapted to operations in modern combat conditions, including through the implementation of measures to improve survivability, a modern all-weather highly automated control system, and the presence of all-aspect protection.
