Specialists from the United Engine Corporation (UEC, part of Rostec) have been testing the TV7-117ST-01 engine for the Il-114-300 aircraft for over a month. The State Corporation has revealed details of the testing of power units for aircraft.

The longest stage is checking the reliability of the engine on a test bench, the duration depends on the test program. Presentation and acceptance tests, for example, take an average of 1-2 months.

The TV7-117ST-01 aircraft engine is planned to be installed on the Il-114-300 regional passenger turboprop aircraft, the flight test program of which was resumed last year.

The power plant has increased power in takeoff mode and includes a new AV112-114 propeller with an increased thrust of 4 tons.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that certification of the Il-114 aircraft is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025.
