Производство сверхлегких деталей для дронов запустили в Новосибирске

The parts are made from a catalytic thermo-expandable material developed by the company

Technoresurs, a resident of the Novosibirsk Academpark, has launched the production of ultralight parts for unmanned aerial vehicles — propellers and blades. This is a unique enterprise with no analogues in the world, according to Vitaly Losev, CEO of the company.

We are actually the only manufacturer in Russia of high-quality propellers and blades for unmanned aerial vehicles of any size, not only small drones, but also quite large ones.
 Vitaly Losev

He explained that the parts for drones are made from a unique catalytic thermo-expandable material developed in the company. This material allows creating products without additional gluing of parts, which makes them incredibly light and durable.

What our competitors offer is a much more archaic technology that existed decades ago.
 Vitaly Losev

The CEO also added that the company currently produces dozens of sets of parts for drones. The manufacturer plans to start cooperation with state-owned companies involved in the creation of UAVs.

The Novosibirsk Academpark began its work in 2006, and currently houses more than 300 high-tech companies. The total area of buildings is 119.1 thousand square meters, but there are plans to expand to 306 thousand.

Earlier, the Arctic Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Test Center started operating in Salekhard. The center is equipped with stationary and mobile sites for testing.
