The Komsomolsk-on-Amur aircraft plant has reached high production rates, covering both exports and the growing demand for Su-57 fifth-generation fighter jets for the Russian military. This was announced by the General Director of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of Rostec), Vadim Badeha.
The Komsomolsk-on-Amur aircraft plant, which is engaged in the serial production of the Su-57, has reached good production rates, ensuring the growing needs of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, as well as the possibility of purchasing the aircraft for our foreign partners.
The Su-57 is the only fifth-generation fighter in the world that has proven its effectiveness in real combat conditions against Western air defense systems. The aircraft is characterized by low visibility to enemy radars and is capable of using a wide range of guided high-precision weapons.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the military came up with an unexpected tactic to deceive the American Patriot.
