The "Atommash" plant (part of Rosatom's machine-building division) plans to ship equipment for the nuclear power plants under construction in Turkey and India (Akkuyu NPP and Kudankulam NPP) in 2025. This was reported by the company's press service.
This year, we expect foreign deliveries for power unit No. 6 of the Kudankulam NPP and power unit No. 4 of the Akkuyu NPP.
Igor Kotov, General Director of JSC "Atomenergomash", previously reported that in 2023, the plant shipped hulls for five nuclear reactors simultaneously for the first time in its history, as well as steam generators for various NPPs. In 2024, "Atommash" continued to work actively, shipping reactor hulls and sets of in-core devices for Russian-designed NPPs under construction abroad, including projects in Turkey, China and India.
"Atomenergomash" is a key supplier of equipment for the reactor island and turbine hall of all Russian-designed NPPs under construction, and also produces equipment for projects for the liquefaction of natural gas and the processing of waste into energy. The plant is actively developing integrated solutions for the energy industry, the oil and gas complex and shipbuilding.
Earlier www1.ru reported that Akkuyu NPP intend to launch in 2025.
