The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has filed a lawsuit against the M.V. Khrunichev State Space Research and Production Center for 57 million rubles. The application from the military department was submitted to the Moscow Arbitration Court.
The details of the claim are not specified, and the court has not yet accepted the case for proceedings.
The amount of claims from the plaintiff, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, to the defendant, JSC "M.V. Khrunichev State Space Research and Production Center", is 57,601,666 rubles.
The Joint-Stock Company M.V. Khrunichev State Space Research and Production Center is one of the leading enterprises in the Russian rocket and space industry.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation filed a lawsuit against the Bauman Moscow State Technical University for over 38 million rubles.
