The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has filed a lawsuit against the M. V. Khrunichev State Space Research and Production Center for 57 million rubles. The statement from the military department was received by the Moscow Arbitration Court.
The details of the statement of claim are not specified, the court has not yet accepted the case for proceedings.
The amount of claims from the plaintiff represented by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation to the defendant represented by JSC "M. V. Khrunichev State Space Research and Production Center" is 57,601,666 rubles.
Joint-Stock Company M. V. Khrunichev State Space Research and Production Center is one of the leading enterprises of the Russian rocket and space industry.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation filed a lawsuit against the Bauman Moscow State Technical University for over 38 million rubles.
