Russia will showcase the export version of the heavy T-90 "Proryv" tank abroad for the first time. The combat vehicle will be presented at the IDEX international exhibition of weapons and military equipment in Abu Dhabi, which will begin on February 17.
The photograph shows an image of the tank in a sand camouflage.
The T-90M "Proryv" tank is the most advanced vehicle in the T-90 family, and also the most adapted to operations in modern combat conditions, including all-round protection, an all-weather highly automated fire control system, and the implementation of measures to improve survivability.
The vehicle received a fundamentally new turret and a more powerful 1,130 hp engine. The "Proryv" is equipped with a 125-mm gun, which allows it to destroy enemy tanks at a range of up to 5 km.
The IDEX-2025 international arms exhibition will be held in the capital of the UAE from February 17 to 21.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that an underwater drone for clearing sea areas of mines has been developed in Russia.
