Russia has developed a remotely controlled Zubr anti-aircraft machine gun complex to protect critical infrastructure from drones, TASS reported, citing developers.

Protection of the near tactical zone of critical infrastructure from loitering munitions, small unmanned aerial vehicles, unarmored vehicles and manpower.

The complex includes a control point and a radar station capable of detecting targets at a distance of up to 1.5 km. The fire weapons are represented by PKTM machine guns (Kalashnikov tank modernized machine gun) and GShG-7.62.

Earlier www1.ru reported that the Russian Airborne Forces will receive a new batch of combat vehicles with electronic warfare systems and drone detectors.
