Yandex has updated the "House with Alice" application. Now users can control devices simultaneously, observe realistic sunrises and sunsets, receive new types of notifications, and use improved smart home automation scenarios.
Two new features have appeared in the list of functions: "Stop music on all devices" and "Turn on/off all lighting in the house." They will be useful before going to bed and leaving for work.
Within one scenario, you can activate or deactivate the execution of another. For example, when you leave for business or go on vacation, with one button you can turn off the light and activate "security" automation with motion and door opening sensors.
Now "Alice" will remind you if you forgot to turn off the light or turn on the compressor for the aquarium. To do this, you can configure the application to send you a notification to your phone when you turn on or off a device.
The same can be done with the door and window opening sensor. For example, if the window is open for a long time, you can set "Alice" to turn on the air conditioner.
Previously, a thermostat for a heating radiator appeared in the range of Smart Home products from Sber. The device provides a comfortable temperature in the room. It can be controlled both manually and remotely, and it is compatible with most modern batteries. In addition, the thermostat allows you to significantly reduce heating costs in apartments and houses where individual heat meters are installed.
