The T-80 tank, modified by soldiers and in service with the 5th Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces, better known as the "wonder weapon" (a distortion of the German Wunderwaffe, literally "miracle weapon") and "Valera", will become a model for the industrial production of "tsar-mangals". The makeshift visor helped Russian soldiers protect the combat vehicle from FPV drones. This was reported by journalist Alexander Sladkov.
Specialists became interested in its design. The development of a light, durable, quick-detachable tank shell for combat tuning of our tanks is now being completed.
According to Sladkov, the "Valera" tank is equipped with an electronic warfare system. Thanks to the video camera, the crew of the combat vehicle is well-oriented in combat conditions.
The T-80 was modernized for maximum protection against the enemy, including anti-tank missile system projectiles. In addition, the tank received a mine trawl.
