Trucks assembled by "VIS-Auto" in the premises of the former Pilot Production of AvtoVAZ have been delivered to dealers. The enterprise had been idle since 2016. Now, the production of "VIS-Auto" has been moved to its buildings.
The relocation of production was necessary to reduce the cost of assembling cars, which will now be assembled in a full cycle.
The production site was inspected by the President of AvtoVAZ, Maxim Sokolov, and the Executive Vice President for Production, Mikhail Ryabov. It is unknown whether the top managers were satisfied.
As a reminder, "VIS-Auto" produces pickups and vans based on Niva and Granta, as well as LADA Niva cars in the Bronto version. The company employs 420 people.
