The «Kalashnikov» concern is preparing to launch the second section this year for the production of parts for various guided weapons. It will give the plant 120 jobs and an increase in production.
Commissioning works of the new equipment of the concern have already been completed by 50%.
As part of the completion of the 2300 m² area, more than 30 CNC machines were purchased for milling and turning operations, as well as surface grinding and measuring equipment. The machining area will operate around the clock: it is planned that this production will provide the assembly shop with parts by 100%.
It is known that this year «Kalashnikov» will receive 450 new machines for the production of weapons and ammunition. This will help to more than double the production of defense products and develop new samples of it.
