At the X Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia at the end of June this year, an agreement was signed that a Belarusian company would build a tire recycling plant in Russia, and now the Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to Russia, Dmitry Krutoy, and the Governor of the Voronezh Region, Alexander Gusev, laid a capsule at the site of the enterprise construction.
This is, in a sense, a new topic in Belarusian-Russian cooperation and an example, among other things, for Belarusian companies that will be engaged in the processing of various types of secondary waste. We welcome this in every possible way.
The plant will be built by the company "Belinzhiniringstroyinvest", the enterprise will be located in the special economic zone "Center". Construction will be financed by the Russian Environmental Operator and Sber. The estimated investment in construction is 817 million Russian rubles.
