United Aircraft Corporation (part of Rostec) is considering attracting private investment in the future. However, for this, the company must first achieve stable financial results and consolidate business profitability.
Our immediate goal is to reach a state where we can attract these investments, if there is a decision. The possibility depends on the moment and whether the mechanism will be of interest to us, but the goal for the coming years is to become profitable, efficient, and transparent.
The company also expects to make a profit by the end of 2026. The OAK management expects to maintain a positive financial result in subsequent years, continuing to work on improving business efficiency and transparency.
Earlier, "Pervyy Tekhnicheskiy" reported that, according to OAK head Vadim Badeha, domestic passenger liners are capable of occupying up to 100% of the Russian aircraft fleet, completely displacing foreign equipment.
