ODK-Perm Motors will expand its practical training program for young specialists and employ about 100 students from specialized technical schools in the summer of 2026. Mikhail Voroshilov, the plant's HR director, announced this at a regional government meeting.
ODK-Perm Motors focuses on targeted training and early entry into the profession. The program covers students from partner technical schools who will receive apprentice jobs and undergo practical training directly in the production workshops.
We strive to give young specialists the maximum opportunities for growth. Therefore, employment during the summer internship will be an important stage of development for targeted students. The guys will apply their skills in production and successfully adapt to work.
The main product line of ODK-Perm Motors includes PD-14 and PS-90A engines. The plant is also working on the promising PD-35 engine. A few days ago, a scam was uncovered during the repair of workshops there.
