The Moscow Arbitration Court dismissed the claim of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation against the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) for more than 205 million rubles. The decision was made on April 15.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade filed the lawsuit back in June 2025. Rosimushchestvo and the S. V. Ilyushin Aviation Complex were involved in the case.
At the same time, the Ministry of Industry and Trade filed two more lawsuits against UAC — for 648 million and 179 million rubles in fines. All of them were also rejected, and the proceedings took place behind closed doors.
The state customer failed to recover more than 1 billion rubles from the aircraft manufacturer in terms of total claims.
UAC unites key enterprises of the Russian aircraft industry and is responsible for the production of aircraft of the brands "Su", "MiG", "Il", "Tu", as well as civilian liners SSJ-100 and MC-21. Up to 3 trillion rubles may be required to produce new aircraft.
