Users of the Russian messenger Max faced problems on February 10. Complaints about the application and website started appearing on the Downdetector service.
Most of all, users in the Republic of Tuva, the Oryol and Belgorod regions, residents of the Republic of Karelia and the Novgorod region are dissatisfied with the messenger's work. The number of requests has already exceeded 1265.
Most of the crash reports come from Android (57%), Windows (24.4%) and iOS (10.5%).
Many wrote that the application does not load, messages are not sent, it is not possible to log in to the "Gosuslugi" portal, and media files do not arrive.
However, the platform's press service told RT that everything is in order.
All Max services are operating normally.
Earlier, Telegram users also complained about a massive failure in the messenger. According to one version, the reason could be the decision of the Russian authorities to start partially restricting the operation of the messenger.
Earlier www1.ru reported that closed communication channels appeared in the Max messenger.
