In December 2025, the Central Bank of Russia decided to exempt the Taganrog Aviation Scientific-Technical Complex (TANTK) named after G.M. Beriev from the obligation to disclose information, the regulator's press service reported.
This refers to exemption from the obligations to disclose information stipulated for public companies, and not to the liquidation or change of the enterprise's activity profile. The shareholders of TANTK named after Beriev applied to the Bank of Russia with a corresponding request back in November 2025.
As a reminder, Beriev TANTK is part of the United Aircraft Corporation, the most famous product of the enterprise is the Be-200 amphibious aircraft, which will receive PD-8 engines in the future.
It is known that in the first six months of 2025, the enterprise recorded a net loss of 1.778 billion rubles against a profit of 166 million rubles in the first half of 2024. The company's revenue fell by 3.1 times, to 1.552 billion rubles. The cost of sales decreased by 5.2 times, to 599 million rubles.
