The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), part of Rostec, plans to achieve positive profitability as early as 2026. This was announced by the company's CEO Vadim Badekha.
We have definitely reached positive dynamics compared to previous years, and next year we plan to reach break-even and profitability.
According to him, in 2025, UAC demonstrated growth in all key economic metrics and almost completed the task of achieving zero profitability.
Badekha also noted that the company's debt burden did not increase this year; on the contrary, it showed a decrease. At the same time, he pointed to two external factors that put pressure on financial performance: the high key rate and the weakening of the ruble, which negatively affected export revenue, which accounts for a significant portion of the corporation's income.
Despite these challenges, the UAC management states a clear positive trend compared to previous years and intends to ensure stable break-even operation in 2026, followed by a transition to profit.
