In 2025, as a result of joint work with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, more than 40 fraudsters who tried to deceive Russians were detained. Thanks to interaction with law enforcement agencies, more than 100 people were rescued from the influence of attackers, and cooperation with Sber in the fight against fraud saved more than 300 million rubles of citizens.
The Max Security Center processes user requests and counteracts fraudulent activities. Specialists use a hybrid approach that combines automated systems and round-the-clock manual monitoring. In 2025, about 600 thousand messages were received via the "Complain" button, and the average request processing time was less than 5 minutes.
Max is a national messenger and platform for digital user services developed by VK. The application is registered as Russian software and is available in mobile, desktop and web versions.
