No foreign anti-aircraft missile system can compare in effectiveness with the Russian S-400 Triumph SAM system (according to US and NATO codification — SA-21 Growler). This was stated by Yan Novikov, General Director of the Aerospace Defense (VKO) Concern Almaz-Antey.
The parameters of its effectiveness have been confirmed in real combat conditions, and so far no foreign air defense system in this class can compete with the "four hundredth".
According to Novikov, the world lives in conditions of a rapidly developing scientific and technological revolution (STR, or the Fourth Industrial Revolution). And the defense industry complex (DIC) is one of the points of its application.
The speed of change in this sector does not leave Russian developers the opportunity «for delay in responding to new challenges». And such an answer could be the modernization of the S-400 Triumph SAM system, he summarized.
