The Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA) is currently the defendant in 58 lawsuits totaling approximately 5.8 billion rubles. A new claim against the company was filed on November 11 by the Naro-Fominsk Machine-Building Plant (NFMZ, part of the United Engine Corporation of the Rostec Group) for 230 million rubles.
In total, almost 60 cases are currently being considered in which UZGA is the defendant, and the claims from NFMZ are far from the largest.
The largest claim, for 4.7 billion rubles, was filed against UZGA in July 2025 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation; the first hearing on it will take place on December 8, 2025.
As a reminder, UZGA is building light-engine LMS-901 "Baikal" and "Ladoga" aircraft. It is assumed that the first model will be put into operation in 2026, and the second - before the end of 2025.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the manufacturer of the Be-200 amphibian with PD-8 will hide reporting against the background of huge losses.
