The Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA) is currently a defendant in 58 lawsuits for a total amount of about 5.8 billion rubles. A new claim against the enterprise was filed on November 11 by the Naro-Fominsk Machine-Building Plant (NFMZ, part of the United Engine Corporation of the Rostec State Corporation) for 230 million rubles.
In total, almost 60 cases are currently being considered in which UZGA is the defendant, and the claims from NFMZ are far from the largest.
The largest claim for 4.7 billion rubles was filed against UZGA in July 2025 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the first hearing on it will be held on December 8, 2025.
As a reminder, UZGA is building light engine aircraft LMS-901 "Baikal" and "Ladoga". It is assumed that the first model will be put into operation in 2026, and the second - before the end of 2025.
