The hospital ship "Yenisei" (Project 320) of the Black Sea Fleet has been put up for auction. The total mass of mixed ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal of the ship is 8,250 tons, and the initial cost is estimated at approximately 25 million rubles with a bidding step of 1.26 million rubles.
The auction is scheduled for December 12 of this year. Only owners of licenses for the procurement, storage, processing, and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals can participate in the auction.
The ship was built in 1980 at the "Adolf Barski" shipyard in Szczecin (Poland) and has been idle for more than 30 years.
According to Project 320, such ships were equipped with operating rooms, intensive care units, and were intended for receiving patients and wounded from both ships and the shore; displacement - 11,300 tons, length - about 145.7 m, width - 19.6 m.
