The Naro-Fominsk Machine-Building Plant has filed two lawsuits against the Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA) for 230 million rubles. The company specializes in the production of components for aircraft and spacecraft.
The application has already been registered in the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region, the essence of the financial requirements has not yet been disclosed.
In total, the judicial file contains about a hundred records in which UZGA appears as a defendant. In most cases, it is about recovering penalties for deliveries from contractors and partners.
As a reminder, UZGA is building LMS-901 Baikal and Ladoga light aircraft. It is assumed that the first model will be put into operation in 2026, and the second - before the end of 2025.
