The first auction did not take place due to lack of interest from buyers. According to sources, the operator of the vessel is Chernomorskiye Kruizy LLC, which has been suffering losses for the past five years.

Since 2017, the ship has been cruising between the Krasnodar Territory and Crimea, and since 2019 it has expanded its route to Abkhazia. However, in recent years the liner has been stopped at the pier in Novorossiysk.

According to Rosmorport, regular flights were discontinued for security reasons of civil navigation in the Black Sea. Analysts doubt that the vessel will be sold at the current starting price.

"Knyaz Vladimir" is a nine-deck cruise ship of the Russian company Chernomorskiye Kruizy LLC. Since 2017, the ship has been operated under the Russian flag, the port of registry is Sochi.
