Unified industrial robot control system developed by Rostec engineers

The platform integrates robots, sensors, and IT services, monitors production efficiency, and reduces downtime risks

RT-Tekhpriemka (Rostec Group) has developed the RMS (Robot Management System) digital platform, which allows managing industrial robots, controllers, sensors, cameras, and external IT services from various manufacturers through a "single window" interface.

Integrating new robots usually requires a lot of time, high costs, and ties enterprises to the software of suppliers. RMS will help reduce these restrictions by creating a single control center for the entire equipment fleet.

RMS supports integration with computer vision systems and AI modules, which allows automating the operation scenarios of production lines and minimizing the risk of downtime. A key advantage of the platform is the ability to receive analytics in real time: the system tracks equipment utilization, records failures, and evaluates the efficiency of production cycles.

Currently, the digital platform is being tested at one of the enterprises of the Rostec State Corporation.
