The department acquired 1,000 licenses for TrueConf Server. TruConf stated that Nepal plans to purchase another 3,000 licenses. The contract is estimated at $1 million.

The company explained that the police were forced to switch to new software due to the tightening of information security requirements by the Nepalese authorities. The Russian IT solution was deployed in the department's data center. TrueConf Server is used for briefings and work meetings.

TruConf is developing in new markets

In addition to the police, Machhapuchre Bank Limited, Nepal Bank Limited, Sunrise bank, and the Central Bureau of Statistics in Nepal have switched to TrueConf Server. TruConf products are also in demand in India.

For example, employees of the leading aircraft manufacturer Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and the iron ore mining company Kudremukh Iron Ore Company Limited have installed Russian software. Interest in TruConf products is growing in Latin America and other regions.
