The National Crisis Management Center of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations has begun testing ZALA ZARYA drones equipped with onboard artificial intelligence (AI) to detect fire hotspots, ZALA Aero press service reported.
ZALA ZARYA-1 and ZALA ZARYA-1M, equipped with high-quality optical and thermal imaging systems, are used to monitor floods, detect fires and perform other tasks in more than 60 cities in the country.
The ZALA ZARYA line of drones is equipped with the IRRA onboard hardware and software system, which analyzes the image during flight, highlighting fire hotspots. The emergency report on the ground is transmitted to rescuers.
