The St. Petersburg "Metalworking Technology Center" has filed a lawsuit against the Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA) to recover a debt of about 404 million rubles.
The materials were submitted to the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region in mid-August and have not yet been accepted for production.
The essence of the case has also not been disclosed. Presumably, it is about recovering debts for supplied components for aircraft manufactured by UZGA.
UZGA is the manufacturer of the new LMS-901 "Baikal" regional aviation aircraft. Before the start of mass production, the plant had already built the fourth experimental model of the "Baikal", designed to replace the Soviet "Corncob" — An-2.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that Rostec is ready to start deliveries of MS-21, SJ-100 and Il-114-300 abroad.
