A new production workshop of the company «Unimatic» has been launched in Yekaterinburg, designed for the production of turning and milling machines with Russian numerical control.
The area of the workshop is 1.4 thousand square meters, specialists have established a full production cycle — from machining parts to final testing of finished machines. The first batch of equipment has already been delivered to the customer.
The workshop is testing the innovative «Gravital» device, developed by «Unimatic» for precise positioning and movement of large parts. The use of the device is effective not only in mechanical engineering, but also in the aviation industry and the oil and gas sector, which allows optimizing assembly processes and increases productivity.
The new workshop will increase the production of equipment and it is planned to introduce the second floor of the workshop in the near future, which will ensure the growth of production capacity and expansion of the product line.
