The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia expects to allocate an additional 10 billion rubles for the subsidized car loan program by the end of September 2025. This was announced by Anton Alikhanov, head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
According to him, the funding should take place in August or September, but no later. He emphasized that the program is already functioning, and banks have begun providing loans at their own expense. Government funds will arrive later.
The head of the ministry clarified that the source of funding will be an internal revenue resource controlled by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This will ensure the stability of the program and support the demand for cars in the country.
Earlier, Alikhanov emphasized the importance of supporting car loans as one of the key tasks of the department. Additional funds will help stimulate the market and make cars more accessible to citizens.
